Genworth Financial, operating in 25 countries, is serious about giving back to the communities it serves. To encourage volunteerism among employees, Genworth enlisted the aid of Fultz. We created a brand identity for the charitable arm of the company — Genworth Volunteers. To generate excitement, every employee received a set of miniature building blocks with the logo and theme. Additional sets of the colorful, decorative blocks are awarded as employees participate in volunteer activities. Posters and buttons highlighted employees who had donated their time and encouraged others to join the cause and help change the world.casehistory_genworth
